Company Background

Antos constructions commenced operations in 1994 working predominantly on domestic projects i.e. new houses, extensions and renovations.

We pride ourselves in being a locally owned and locally operated business. We provide a significant contribution to the local economy by the employment several employees/ contractors and support many local industry suppliers.

Today, Antos Constructions is a business with strong ties to the local commercial and residential construction industry. We provide a wide range of services including all types of residential, commercial construction and internal fit-outs.

  • Financial Capacity

    During the 2007/2010 financial years ANTOS CONSTRUCTIONS turned over revenue in excess of $5.0 million in each financial year.

    Quality Services

    At Antos Constructions we are proud of our reputation for delivering quality. Because of our commitment to quality, we have an in house Quality Management Process Model as the basis for our management system documentation.

    Environmental Protection

    Antos Constructions is a company that operates in an environmentally responsible manner. It is our objective to identify the major environmental impacts associated with the works that we carry out and to put in place measures to minimise any adverse impacts.

  • Occupational Health and Safety

    We value people and are committed to providing a safe working environment for not only our own staff, but also for everyone who works on or visits one of our sites. To achieve this we maintain a documented safety management system.

    Our system includes a company safety policy developed for each job site, inspections, test forms and safe work method statements.

    We report and investigate all work related injuries to ensure that our safety system is working effectively, and where necessary to improve our system.

    Nick Antos the director of the company has completed an approved OH&S course and is also licensed to tag and test electrical equipment, which we carry out on a regular basis.

Company Capabilities

The company structure of Antos Constructions includes 3 operational divisions:

  • Commercial Construction Division delivers design and construction of any commercial project.
  • Residential Construction Division undertakes the design, new construction, extensions, modification and renovations of residential dwellings. This includes everything from single residential dwellings, dual occupancies to multi residential construction.
  • Minor Works Division, is responsible for Building refurbishments and office / shop fit-outs.
